How to grow

Where to plant. Mixed borders and nostalgic flower gardens, group plantings, the middle to front of a border. Good for cutting. Highlight: thanks to its changing colour the bush looks multicoloured — flowers of different “ages” have different shades, from yellow to raspberry.

Care. Simple and undemanding, with good disease resistance and repeat blooming all summer.

About the name

Breeding. The variety was bred by the French breeder Dominique Massad and introduced by the Guillot nursery in 2001. Patent code — MASjanon. Belongs to the Generosa® collection of old garden roses. Feature: a “chameleon rose” — its colour changes from soft yellow to pink and raspberry during flowering, so the bush never looks uniform.
